About me

My story

Hey, I’m Jeroen Pauwels Duretz, 21, from Brussels, and I’m currently studying Visual Design at LUCA School of Arts Ghent.I’ve been into design for as long as I can remember.

My first “masterpieces” were made on Microsoft Paint when I was 15, messy, colorful, and full of ideas I didn’t quite know how to express yet. Since then, design has become my way of making sense of things, of turning thoughts, feelings, and moments into something visual and real.I love nature, it’s where I reset and find ideas. Whether it’s snowboarding down a quiet mountain or catching waves somewhere sunny, those moments remind me why I love creating, it’s all about flow, movement, and freedom.

Captured Moments

Moments I couldn’t let slip away. They’re pieces of memory I keep close, reminders of where I’ve been and what I’ve seen. Looking back at them feels like revisiting chapters of my own story.

Green car under neon lights in a rainy city street
Friends laughing and posing inside a car
People playing soccer on a rooftop court surrounded by city buildings
Group of friends smiling on a lively city street at night
Two people talking on a rooftop at sunset
Person sitting on a ledge overlooking New York City skyline
